Every year we are required to set a professional goal. This year, my goal was to incorporate more higher level thinking into our classroom. To help me out (and a great suggestion from my student teacher last year!) I made posters to hang up on the wall to remind me of some questions to ask. Towards the end of the year, the kids knew what I was doing. I would start out with the remember type questions, and then move towards evaluate. Next year I want to get them to be more able to ask these types of questions of each other. Baby steps...
How do you incorporate higher level thinking into your classrooms?
I blew up the posters to fit better on a big poster board paper, but I kept the clue words the same size that they are in the first download. I also included a smaller version, in case you want to make smaller posters. :)

I only see the words to describe the remember card. Can you help? Thanks!
